Every tournament I track, I stumble upon her name — and I think about how perfect she is. I’m not kidding, I’m sure we could be close. :p
Hehehehe.
Seriously though, she hot, she pushes draws when she should and she doesn’t limp in with Jacks on the cutoff. That’s my kind of woman. No shit. Vanessa Rousso, you’re awesome!

Nowadays many people cannot imagine their life without playing online poker or poker in a land based casino. In a few years time poker got very popular, especially by students and young people. Playing poker is also really more easy and accessible than in the past because of the rise of casino online. Everybody that has a age of 18 or older can easily visit one of the best online casinos that you can find on the Internet.
A big advantage of playing poker online is that there is the possibility to play with play money. In this way you can practice the game with money that is not yours. Of course you can not withdraw your winnings but at least you can get familiar with the game and try to test different strategies.
The games with play money are very helpful for beginners but also for advanced players.
Several online poker rooms organize at least once a month big tournaments where you can win huge prizes. It is possible to play freerolls or you can take part with a buy-in tournament. Freerolls are tournaments where you don’t have to pay a buy-in, you can subscribe yourself for free, but of course the winnings are really lower when playing a buy-in tournament.
If you surf on the Internet you can see that you can book also different workshops about poker. This is a really good option for a business trip or a bachelor party. Poker is now really hot and probably the popularity of the fantastic game will stay for a pretty long time.
Online poker rooms and online casinos are really convenient for people with a busy life that like to have a little excitement so now and then.
After losing with AA vs AK (guy made a flush with his ace of diamonds), picking up KK in the next hand (also all-in pre-flop) and getting beat by a donkey calling me down with 77 making QUADS — I went on quite the tilt-session…

I went on a painful rollercoaster losing about $12,000 in a matter of seven hours…
Painful, especially as that was most of my winning of last year.
I’m such an idiot… I might have a gambling addiction too — time to reflect…
A friend of mine won a bet recently in which he had 30 days to clear a $450 deficit on SharkScope through SnG’s on Pokerstars. He cleared it in nine days, and then went on a one-night steamer session putting him 25% back to his minus…
It’s sad, but I’m sure he’s doing it to get a new bet going…
Keep track of his results on Teh Jinx Poker. Here’s his sharkscope graph after the steam…

I hate it when this happens. Just happened, I’m crying. Mind you, the best thing about online poker is that you can post a screen-capture to get some sympathy for your bad beat. This is a not so insignificant that a casino online has over a land-based site.
Being able to vent your anguish at the time counts for a lot too. Many a player has nearly busted a vein while trying to keep the rage in.
Long live Full Tilt Poker!
It’s amazing — Phil Laak is such an entertainer! The end of the video is the absolute A++ finale — but the whole video is full of pure pokergoodness.
- See Phil Laak get called down with Queen High.
- See him call the computer’s hand.
- See him give supergenius commentary
The computer “Polaris” beat Phil, though…
I’m not a gambler myself (lol — I keep saying this to everyone just after I push in with a flushdraw) but I do enjoy a low-stakes game of 3 card poker… If you want basic strategy help, check out Davai Poker’s article on Betting Strategy in Three Card Poker.
According to them, it all boils down to:
1. Is it worth playing due to the payout structure?
2. Should I bet the Pair Plus?
3. Do I fold or play my hand?
Woopwoop!
Funny instructional video on Texas Hold’em. I learned a lot — like four nines are a four-of-a-kind! EXCELLENT! Turn into Phil Ivey instantly!
